The selling of my home was amazing. Angela was very considerate of my situation of just having surgery and made sure to give me ample time to get ready for showings. After selling my home, I found that available houses on the market for sale were very few. Angela assured me that we would find the perfect home and she worked so hard to make sure that this happened. I not only had a very pleasant experience but made a very good friend. Angela was fantastic to work with! After letting her know what we were looking for in our new home, she took that info and ran- she found several great homes for us to look at. She helped us buy our new home with my dream kitchen! But even more than that, she was so sweet and helpful with our 3 rambunctious kiddos. It’s not easy house hunting in 2 days with 3 kids but she was so patient with us. I would highly recommend Angela!

Our experience with Angela Busch Coldwell Banker Barnes was of the utmost professional, knowledgeable and positive experience one could wish for. As a relocation transaction, Angela spent countless hours researching available listings that would best suit our family, with knowing very little about us. Having 26 different properties in several states we have used many realtors. Angela is the very best. We had another great caring Coldwell agent in N C who could be her twin. Because of these superior hardworking two agents I strongly recommend the Coldwell agency. If or when we purchase other properties. We will contact Angela again.

Amazing!!! If I could give more stars I would! My wife and I moved here from out of start and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor then Angela. Angela was always in constant communication with us to keep us up to date on the market and to answer any questions that we had. She knows the market and area very well and was able to show us many houses within our budget and within the areas that we were looking to move. Angela’s attention to detail and professionalism came into clear play when my wife and I put in an offer on a new construction house. During her processing she found that the paper work was mixed up with the house right beside it that was recently purchased. Long story short she saved us from a huge disaster and we were able to cancel the buy. Shortly after that she found us a better house that we ended up purchasing! With us moving from out of state Angela was even able to stop in during the home inspection for us and talk to the inspector. Easily the best realtor we have ever had and will definitely be using her again if we ever move! If Angela was that helpful while moving from out of state I can’t imagine how great she is when she is closer!! Thank You Angela!

Angela was awesome. She guided me through the process of selling my home. This was my first home selling experience. She told me all the things I needed to do to get my home ready to sell. Following her advice in getting my home ready to view. She staged it and used a professional photographer. This made a huge difference with the listing. As a first time home buyer, as well as doing it on my own, I was an absolute novice to every aspect of the realty process. Anytime I had a question Angela was able to answer it, or she would do her best to put me in the right direction. I was also working with pretty limited resources in a hot market, so she did a great job of keeping me positive when things didn’t go my way a few times. Angela was great from the very beginning. She kept in contact with me constantly. The very best thing about her was she did not pressure me to sign anything for my business. She treated me like her client from day one. I didn’t even have to sign anything until he officially decided on a house. I had 3 other agents that wanted my business but the only one who went above and beyond,sent me videos because I was out of town, had a list of houses for me to look at everyday, stayed in my budget, even was willing to show me houses off our list when we went looking together, and even had food for us when we arrived was Angela. She truly went above and beyond. She did much more than her job required. 50 stars for this lady!

Angela is awesome, truly the best! I move a lot, and I was trying to find a place to rent, in order to get the lay of the land before purchasing a home. So the realtor my company set me up with was horrible, wouldn’t even get back to me. So during one of my house showings I met Angela and she wouldn’t let me and my family suffer through this any longer. She was with me and my wife the whole way. She took me under her wing, when she didn’t even have too. Thanks to her, we found a beautiful place in Franklin TN.
